bots heals you when you have 58hp after being incapped

after i am incapped and i eat some pills and the hp reaches 58 bots heal me with his medkits. How do i stop them from doing that without having to equip a healing item every 5 seconds? i want to be cured when i have 10 or 15hp.
(sorry for my bad english im using translator)

Add this in convars.txt
sb_temp_health_consider_factor 0.8

With this setting, bots will heal you when you are below 35 hp

If you increase it to 1 it will be less. You can experiment with 0.9 and higher
