My insights so far, bare bones, no commands configuration and everything.
Honestly this is different from the first l4bots mod, but that's not to say you won't encounter new problems with this one:

- They would constantly run ahead to pick up items on the ground when the area hasn't even been cleared yet, causing the commons to be alerted to your position, or if unfortunate enough, become a sitting duck while 2-3 specials present are prepared to attack
- At least 2 bots will pick up molotovs when they wouldn't even fking use them unless there is a tank fight. Good luck hoping they will keep the Pipebombs and the Bile Jars you gave them.
- How they throw the molotovs are even retarded sometimes,
- "Make the survivor bots more human-like"... I can agree when they would run towards your line of fire and damage themselves from friendly fire in the process.
- When you're incapped, they will fight tooth and nail, and I mean tooth and nail, to revive you. Doesn't matter when the a horde of commons or a literal TANK is right in front of their faces.
- Guarantee half of the time when you get tongue'd, they will instead chase and try to shove you instead of shooting the smoker itself.
- When a bot has hold of the grenade launcher, oh you better believe they will shoot with no regard to the gascans nearby or even a boomer close to you.

The best you can get out of this mod is you're working with those TF2 sniper bots as they will constantly aim for the heads and shoot the moment an infected moves out of a corner for a fraction of a second. So trust me when I say it will be a breeze with any Fixed horde events, especially with the Gauntlet types.
The weapon preferences of each bots are always of good choices, Nick's being the AK for the highest DPS in rifle class, Rochelle's being the SG552 for the highest Rate of Fire of all Tier 2s, Ellis' being the G3 for having 30 rounds capacity for extended shooting, and Coach with either the Spas or the Benelli, but actually making up for in range by using dual pistols.

There is another comment somewhere where I can agree that it will be up to you to be a good bot commander, I will have to add that you can try this mod anytime if you are willing to add another obligation or chore when playing campaigns.

I wish that they play gas cans finale/events like they do in left4bot1 where you could just hover over Lead and they'd help you but now its so 50/50 on if they'd want to help or you have to look for gas cans yourself
