Just no.
The cuphead style doesn't match with the TF2 artstyle nicely at all in my opinion, + there is always the fact that we already have similar stuff in game that actually fits the artstyle better.

mate there are FAR more furry cosmetics flooded with awards here on the workshop than I can count, a cartoony pyro head (which absolutely fits the style tbh) referencing a video game should be the least of your concerns here
