Is there any English version of this mod? If not (yet), is there any plan to translate the mod in English in immediate future?

I don't mind to translate mod in English, but can't do this until end it in Russian. Also I don't want do this for a maximum of 5-7 people. But maybe I'll translate the mod later.

with an english translation its likely to be translated into other languages as well, i would like to see the mod translated into english for those of us who dont speak russian.
