Only fires one shell at a time but has increased damage, and a decreased damage falloff.

I feel like stats like these would give Scout a scattergun that feels much different from his other ones. utilizing his speed to get up in someones face, and deal even more damage but at the cost of being able to fire multiple shots at once.

you mean fires both barrels and then reload
