When attempting to use auto select (defaults to shift) this mod will update the selected tool or item immediately.
For example, when using a pickaxe to mine a block, it will place a torch / throw a glowstick as soon as the pickaxe has mined the block if left mouse is held.
Releasing shift will immediately switch back to the item originally selected in the hotbar, which doesn't pair with vanilla behavior (pickaxe / axe will continue to be used until left mouse is released and then switch back)
This can probably be fixed by introducing a item whitelist, which, by default, includes weapons that have this functionality in vanilla (whips and probably melee weapons).
