To those saying the mod does not work.
To the people saying this isn't work it DOES work and I've used it and I have over 100+ mods (Going back to edit this to make it a bit more cohesive since I was a massive prick when I wrote this in the past) your computer is possibly too bad or you have mods conflicting with it as for me it works fine takes awhile for the flood to rise but it does work it could be the map you are on isn't compatible with the mod but all base game maps are compatible if it's not a mod conflicting with it or your on a map where it doesn't work then I don't know what the issue is as for me it works fine and I have hundreds of mods installed maybe you have a mod that messes with water? I'm not sure I wish I could help further.

Then you have too many mods or are doing it on a map the flooding does not work/is not compatible with the ones it IS compatible with can be found on the mods description

im just here to tell people im dumb and thought the mod didnt work cause i was on big map and it start from bottom and it rises slowly so i tried i tried diffrent map and it worked so use tiny mapp or look at the bottom of your map.
