I noticed with this mod and one other, your F-series Ford mod, that these vehicles seem to block building doors from opening even when parked at a distance that other vehicles do not block. It seems like the invisible "extents" of the vehicles are much greater than the visible model? Messing with "physicsChassisShape" doesn't seem to impact this. Do you know what the cause is and what parameters could be modified to get it to not block from so far?

I figured it out after messing with other parameters. It's the "shadowExtents" parameter. For GT500, Camaro, and a few other mods, it's set to 4.xxxx. Changing this to 1.xxxx (used Firebird as an example, which doesn't have this issue), resolves the door blocking. Not sure if it's intentionally set to 4.xxxx for a reason.

there is a bug where game takes shadow texture area and uses it for calculations like with those buildings, i have found a way to fix it in b42 by changing the shadow texture shape and will soon implement that to b41 mods too

That's great to hear. In the meantime, I'll run with my own personal fix, which also required tweaking the shadow texture to match the new size I set. Thanks for all your work, love your mods.
