This is dedicated to mod-related suggestions. If you think that something should be changed, the stats are off, you dont like the visuals, things are too expensive or something else, then dont refrain to tell us so we can look into making the overall mod better balanced and more useful.

Perhaps another battery thing like this would be nice but instead the polar opposite where it has high capacity but extemely low discharge rate would be nice.

After seeing Darths awesome battery https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=302869640 i suggested it to him, but apparently he doesnt like it as he didnt reply to it at all.

So we will do something more realism oriented and balanced ourself. Though that will take a few days to get a proper version done and released. It will also be a separate mod.

Now the api is in game is it possible to change the power hierarchy to Battries > Reactor > Caps so caps are only drained when the other sources are maxed?
Just in case this thread isn't totally dead ... Two quick things I wanted to mention, besides being amazed this still works great in the Dev build without any update since May.

First, the icon for the capacitor cells isn't showing up in the assembler. Just shows a blank. Still can be crafted tho, but it would be nice if the crafted cell looked different in some way from the vanilla cells like a different color or something.

Second, since Keen did the rebalancing a while back it is basically impossible even with 10x inventory in survival to carry more than 100 cells at a time. They are simply too volumous. I extracted the mod locally and edited the config to be 10% the volume and that seems to feel more balanced. It only took 5 trips in my small welder ship to make a medium capacitor (9000 cells) vs the default 50 trips.
