Campaign Start Questions
I am starting a new campaign as high legitimacy reformers Enclave, but I decided to ask some questions here rather than spend hours testing the results for myself.
Would setting the NCR to Electoral Deadlock make anything special happen? I read that Kimball has the ability to puppet the Enclave and I want to know what the best option would be so that the mod doesn't break.
Would setting the Shi to Akigahai lock me out of anything? I know there is an option to leave the Shi alive after conquering the NCR, but I don't know if the NCR conquering the Shi will lock me into a bad ending. The same goes for if I invade the Shi.
Are there any special events for hard mode or super hard mode? I want to know if it does anything besides giving my enemies % buffs.
Are there any special events from having Wild Wasteland activated?

Electoral deadlock and civil war is supposed to have a thing, but it's not functioning and I don't know why yet.

Shi events are not shi leader dependant, unless they get annexed by NCR. Really the Shi are useful only for the F85 at mid game, but that's its own thing.

Nothing special for hard or super hard. Just stupid heavy buffs to your enemies.
