why cant i find some things

Almost always need to change both brain and heart during surgery

Need help with the bone saw

Ok, i know it seems stupid but i wanna use the bone saw to remove the limbs and my process is use the scalpel on the legs and hit the knee with it hoping it'll come off but it doesnt and i end up destroying the entire bottom half of the doll... what am i doing wrong?
