Supply lines rework
What this feature does:

1 Removes extra upkeep per army

2 All units in game now have new parameter: supply cost. It depends on unit quality and varies from 0 for early game units to 4 for elite. Total supply cost of your forses converts to upkeep penalty depend on mod settings. So army of spearmen and archers will not require any supply and army with 19 star dragons will require 76 supply points

3 Legendary lords can reduce supply cost for their favorite units. E.g. Black Guard of Naggarond for Malekith requires 1 supply point instead of 3. Some lords require unique skill to do this.

4. Agents also need supply. Supply cost for agents depends on their level. Level 1-9 - 1 supply point, level 10-19 - 2 supply points, level 20+ - 3 supply points. Legendary heroes don't need supply

5. There is special variable called Supply Influence that defines how supply points will be transformed into exta upkeep. By default, this value depend on difficulty level, but you can change it viaMCT. If Supply Influence = 4 then army that that requires 30 supply points will be increasing your forces upkeep by 5%. If Supply Influence = 8 then extra upkeep for this army is 10%


Example:

We have Karl Franz with 3x Halberdiers, 6x Greatswords, 2x Crossbowmen, 4x Reiksguard and 4x Mortars, player supply influence is 5 (it means multiplier is 0.2)
Greatswords and Reiksguard normally requre 2 points per unit but Karl Franz makes them 2 points cheaper in his army so they become free, Crossbowmen doesn't need anyway, 3x Halberdiers require 3 supply points, 4x Mortars - 12
Total supply demand for this army is 15, that means extra upkeep is 15*0.2 = 3 %
If we disband all Reiksguard and replace them with 4x Demigryph Knights, it will require 16 supply points extra. Final extra upkeep is 31*0.2 = 6%


Special rules:

Beastmen:
- don't need supply while units don't exceed the unit caps.
- heroes don't need supply
- supply increases the cost of rituals unstead of army upkeep

Bretonnia:
- doesn't need supply while units don't exceed the unit caps.

Chaos Dwarfs:
- convoys don't need supply
- normal armies don't need supply while units in the army don't exceed the unit caps.

Grand Cathay:
- caravans don't need supply

Dark Elves:
- black arks don't need supply while units in the army don't exceed the unit caps.

Greenskins:
- waagh armies don't need supply

Khorne:
- blood host armies don't need supply

Ogre Kingdoms:
- camps don't need supply while units in the army don't exceed the unit caps.

Skaven:
- vermintide armies don't need supply for frist 5 turns

Slaanesh:
- disciple armies don't need supply

Tomb Kings:
- don't need supply while units don't exceed the unit caps.
- heroes don't need supply
- supply increases the cost of rituals unstead of army upkeep.
