elevator building instructions
pulled form origninal.
Here is what the VCZ Multifloor Elevator includes:
+ Up to 9 floors per elevator (of course can be as little as 2).
+ Up to 200 blocks total height of the elevator (including the bottom and top floors).
+ Modular construction (so you can build an elevator according to your floor plan and not the other way around).
+ Includes filler block and double filler block for the space between floors.
+ Includes an Air Vent filler block (so you don't suffocate inside your own elevator).
+ Selectable speed up to 20m/s.
+ 4 different Cabin Music tracks (can be disabled from the Control Panel of the main Elevator block).
+ Adjustable light inside the cabin with controls for Color, Range and Intensity.
+ Control from toolbars like Cockpits, Timers, Sensors, etc.

What are the included blocks:
Main Elevator blocks:
VCZ Elevator Rotor Base - Main ELevator block that goes at the bottom of your elevator. Use VCZ Elevator Middle or VCZ Elevator Middle Double for your first floor instead of VCZ Elevator Bottom. First floor can have Fillers or Filler Vent between it and the Base.
VCZ Elevator Rotor - Main Elevator block that goes right above VCZ Elevator Bottom. This is the old way to build an elevator and is useful if you don't have space under the first floor.

Floor blocks:
VCZ Elevator Bottom - The block for the first floor if you are not using VCZ Elevator Rotor Base;
VCZ Elevator Middle - The block used for any other floor between the first and the last;
VCZ Elevator Middle Double - Same as VCZ Elevator Middle but 2 blocks tall for a floor level with half blocks;
VCZ Elevator Top - The block for the last floor;

Filler blocks:
VCZ Elevator Filler - A filler block to place between floors.
VCZ Elevator Filler Double - A 2 blocks high filler block to place between floors.
VCZ Elevator Filler Vent - Same as above but also works as an Air Vent.

How to find the blocks:
All blocks are available in the G-Menu in a separate group called "VCZ Mod Blocks".
Also you should be able to find VCZ Elevator Rotor Base as a main block with mouse-scrollable options for the other blocks in the main (All Blocks) G-Menu screen.

How to build it:
1. Start with the block VCZ Elevator Bottom or VCZ Elevator Rotor Base.
2. (skip this step if you used VCZ Elevator Rotor Base) Directly on top of it place VCZ Elevator Rotor.
3. Place filler blocks and middle floors until you reach your top floor (or the maximum height).
4. There place the block "VCZ Elevator Top".
5. That's it! Hop in and start riding your new elevator. ;)

Please, don't build blocks that stretch outside of their block size right next to the elevator shaft to avoid having clang related problems.
Known blocks that cause such problems:
gravity generators

There's a video showing how to build it in the description and in the description's images.
Text format:

1. Build a VCZ Elevator Bottom (must be on a powered grid).
2. Build a VCZ Elevator Rotor (NOT the rotor Base block) on top of the Elevator Bottom.
3. Place VCZ Elevator Fillers and Middle block(s) for multiple floors as needed.
4. Place a VCZ Elevator Top.

Done, works.
