This is not intended to be a space elevator. It is intended to be an elevator for in a Station. I have tested it and increasing the 200 block limit tanks game performance up to and including crashing the game. That's why I haven't increased the block limit; I'm not willing to deal with hundreds of comments complaining "My game crashed" or "My game performance sucks when I use this".

Also, think about it, this elevator moves at a maximum of 20m/s which is a bit too fast, sometimes 20m/s turns the engineer avatar into sauce (kills you). I typically run the elevator speed setting no faster than 10. I usually run it at 5.

On most planets in the game zero gravity from the planet's surface is a 40 kilometer distance. It would take forever and a day to use this slow elevator to go that far.
It's much faster to fly from a planet's surface to outer space.

If the block limit was increased there would be more complaints about this mod than I can handle. I'm not doing that to myself.

It does not work on moving vehicles either because this elevator's cabin floats inside the shaft. When you try to place this mod in a moving vehicle the cabin Klangs around, gets damaged, and/or explodes.

This elevator mod is intended to be used in Stations only.
