Monocoque & Semi Monocoque airframes
Wood, Semi-alloy, Alloy, and Advanced alloy airframe materials
Combat flaps
Cannon II Engine


Decrease air attack stacking
Reliability changes added to many air modules
air-air radar more useful

AI Air designs fully redone
Starting plane designs still need to be completely re-done (without it AI doesn't really produce planes til 1-2 years in)

Attempt to get AI to design planes better/more consistently.
