this is completely broken by Fiend Folio's lemon juice and fish oil pills
if you take a fish oil/etc pill, you will notice this mod's swing scaling appear for a frame before fiend folio overrides the size change and it becomes much smaller

i too have notice this.
get pretty bad too sometime. too the point it unplayable
