What should the item promo be for this?
It being a limited promo there is no way that they will make the hat avalable to those who buy this. What would be the promo that comes with this?

My idea is that it gives you a Strangifier for the HoUWaR, a Pro killstreak kit for it and include genuine HoUWaR themed special misc or badge for those who don't own a HoUWaR.
