Deathsounds aren't playing when NPCs die

try adding support for ragshoot, or adding something similar to it except the ragdoll actually aim

MW Base breaks this mod for some reason

Modern Warfare Base breaks the settings tab and causes a random crash to occur at around five minutes after starting a sandbox world. I saw someone else mention it, but after uninstalling WMB, everything seems to be in working order again.

The utilities related bug with MW Base has been fixed, though i dont know if that could be what caused the crashes
