Love the mod, but theres things I noticed I hope can possibly be resolved:

One, there doesn't seem to be any kind of movement for falling, they just kinda... float down to the ground (mostly headfirst) and sometimes regardless of height they survive the fall, it'd be nice to both fix the fall issue and have a flail of sorts akin to fedhoria (and maybe the drowning thing they have too)

Second, the fire animations don't seem to work/are compatible with vfire, sometimes they don't seem to do the animations, and other times the fire completely breaks all their bones.

Finally, someone pointed this out in the comments, but a sudden voice fade out during headshots would be cool, and also cause I don't think someone would be screaming after their brains got blown out.

Ive noticed that when breaking bones is enabled the ragdolls take more damage from the enviroment somehow. Also you could try reducing the ragdoll hp to make them die quicker and more consistently from falls

Vfire compatibility would be nice.
I would love to see some more animations where the ragdolls stumble around a lot more maybe if they are shot in the arm

it would be pretty cool to have a "weight" cvar so you could make ragdolls more realistic, and an more lower value to the broken bones feature, since its really easy to break bones even with a pistol lol

they should make a option that makes the npc ragdoll when shot but get back up like gta

more dramatic burning ragdolls, like some will straight up run randomly in many direction before falling down instead of staying static and wiggle their limbs

I think there should be a relatable system to where the enemies can crawl when you shoot them on the legs to get away the gunfight I don't know if it's possible to make it happen I'm just thinking about this. Like how they crawl away to get away pretty much

Wish they had Throat shots and leg shots added to it.
