Pipe bombs vs vehicles causes infinite stack traces
Hey there, player and admin over on the Valhalla server. I ran into a weird bug yesterday though - a pipe bomb hitting a vehicle causes an infinite explosion chain and a stack trace cascade that does not stop until the vehicle is removed from the world. Screenshot and log attached:

Uploaded a hotfix, it should be fixed. However, let me know if it still occurs.
