At the time of this happening there was about 16 of us shooting at a horde of zombies.

This is the first I've seen of this bug. I'll need to find a way to replicate it to see what is causing the problem. Can you give me a detailed setting of when the bug occured?

The only details I can possibly give is we were all shooting zombies with m60's and the bullet tracers pretty much froze on screen for everyone for a minute or so. It was quite the stress test.

Hasnt happened again since we turned tracers off after the server wipe.

Hasnt happened as far as i know I should say. I have everyone to submit stack traces when they get them to me in discord but most people dont..
