Bug or wrong configuration? ATRO vs Superb Survivors

Hello. When I use superb survivors and A.T.R.O, hostile NPCs are invulnerable to firearms, they only take damage from melee weapons.

Read FAQ in the mod's description. It'll fix your problem.
