This appears to be a mod-incompatibility for all your eeveelution-related mods, as each one has this problem;
When trying to use genes that consume (or create a need for) a specific kind of resource from Biotech Expansion - Mythic (ex: Revered Motes) they just..don't work. A "need" for the resource doesn't appear, nor does a bar showing the resource when the pawn is selected.

I don't appear to get any red errors, and sending hugslib log files has stopped working a while ago so I apologise for the less than helpful report.

That's intended. All my races have a whitelist of genes and that's why genes that are not in this list do not function. Although it shouldn't be possible to add them without cheating in the first place.

At current moment you're not supposed to change them. These races already have powerful abilities. And from lore perspective their dna is already so complex, it cannot be edited with rimworld robust tools.

Ah. And yeah, I use character editor to custom-make my starting pawns so that'd be the cheating part lol

Though uh..maybe you can add a setting for that? I like them purely for visual reasons and would like to use other genes with them
