The focus Economic Growth has no effect.

it will be fixed in the next patch, but it still works if you accept any other economy except - scavenging_law

Also, this nation really needs basic vehicle technology. You can't supply your troops vehicles, and one unlucky event is all it takes to lose the ability to buy them.

theres a glitch where when you choose the focus that gives you annex on all countries it gives it to ncr and they declare war on everyone
