How do i start a Flood?
I have been finding alot of trouble trying to start a flood. Some please tell me

Destroy any of the windows

when i break a window it just turns semi transparent and then i cant break it

Indeed, thats what I did was basically break any window leading to the outside so water from the outside pours in

got it working
just keep hitting the window and it'll break, you'll know if it works if a white jet of water starts shooting in

How long does it take for the water to start filling after destroying a window?

it fills the lower level then gets to the second which destroys the generator then it reaches the third and kaboom ya dead

i shot every window and waited a long time and it never blew up even when it got to the third floor
