This overlapping problem possibly occurs due to poor positioning between objects. Using a 3D object editing program like Blender[www.google.com], you can solve this in two ways, adjust the vertices in such a way that the glove overlaps the hand, or you can just weld the glove vertices to the hand (not recommended as it will there will be rework if there are changes)
