------> Blood Dragon <------

Unique skills order changed (red duke unaffected since he can unlock them all by default)
Essentially he have the 3 skills that boost his combat prowess versus his 3 skills that reduce by half the upkeep for deathknights, grave guards and blood dragons.
He can pick Honour or Death regardless of choice, as long as he is reaches lvl 15

------> Von Carstein <------

Skill modified : Sylvanian Marksmen, Cattle Herder & Benevolent Overlord
Sylvanian Marksmen : Bonus does now applies to all human units and +15% ammunition for the army is added (artillery exluded, lord's army)
Cattle Herder : Gives +7 leadership to human units (artillery excluded, lord's army), +10 growth (factionwide) and +3 sylvanian crossbowmen unit cap
Benevolent Overlord : added +15% health and +1 sylvanian handgunner unit cap
Also, Sylvanian Marksmen, Cattle Herder & Benevolent Overlord are now in a skill chain

------> Lahmian <------

Skill modified :
Hive Mind : Reduction cost, building construction turn and line of sight bonus have their values changed but are now factionwide (and stacks for each lahmian unlocking them)

New skills : Smooth Persuasion & Sisterhood Gathering
Smooth Persuasion : Gives +1 additionnal recruitment cap for allied units & -15% allegience cost for allied units to recruit (factionwide both effects)
Sisterhood Gathering: Heroes in the region becomes immortal, and +2 unit cap for Vampire heroes

------> Necrarch <------

New magics : Hailstorm (lore of tempest) Death Frost (lore of ice) & Doombolt (lore of dark magic) can now be unlocked in his skill tree.

New skills :Ominous Towers, Tearer of the Winds and Dark Catalyst
Ominous Towers : gives building turn : -1 construction turn for necromancer tower (factionwide) building cost : -15% for necromancer tower (factionwide) and Recrut rank for high necromancer : +5 (factionwide)
Tearer of the Winds : gives +30% miscast chances for enemies in region, +5% ward save for own forces in region and enables replenishment for own forces in region
Dark Catalyst : upkeep : -5% (factionwide), raise dead cost : -7% (factionwide) and healing cap: +10% (factionwide, all units)

------> Strigoi <------

New skills : Grave Society, Cunningly Sharp and Big Bones
Graves Society : gives +2 recruitment slot (local region), -15% construction cost for buildings (provincewide) and +15% post battle incomes
Cunningly Sharp : +40% defense against ambush (lord's army) +7 leadership during ambush battles (lord's army) and enable underway stance
Big Bones : gives +9 bonus versus infantry for crypt ghouls ranks 7 or above (lord's army) and +22 bonus versus large for crypt horrors ranks 7 or above (lord's army)

Unearth Cursed Wightblades : -12 base damage & +12 ap damage for Black Knights (Lances & Barding) units
Strigoi Legacy : +20% missiles resistance for Crypt Horrors units
Dread Animator : +20% mass for Black knights, Carts, Mortis Engine and Black Coach units
Vampiric Revivification : +10% speed for Black Knights and Blood knights units

In the vanilla bloodline effect, strigoi line and blood dragon added raise dead cap for crypt gouls, crypt horrors and blood knight. These have been now moved to tech unlocks insteads.

Incantations of Ushoran : +2 Crypt ghouls cap
Strigoi Legacy : +2 Crypt horrors cap
Turning Knightly Orders : +1 Blood Knight cap

Carrion : Line of sight +7% -> +15%
Corpse thief Stealing magic item +8 -> +12
Fleh golem Campaign movement range +4% -> +7%
Manservent Campaign movement range +5% -> +7%
Mortal informant Magic item drop chance from battle +4% -> +10%
treasurer Income from Crypts and Keeps +8% -> +18%
Possessed mirror Line of sight +12% -> +15%
Warp stone hunter Income from all buildings (region) +4% -> +12%
Dreg (+10% post battle loot) now apply to the army instead of just working for the character (was not giving any value equiped on heroes)
Warlock (defense d'embuscade +15%) now apply to the army instead of just working for the character (was not giving any value equiped on heroes)

Black Knights (Lance & Barding) have now same speed as regular variant (from 72 to 78)
