Stat suggestions have no impact on what the stats might actually be if the item does end up in game at some point, as Valve themselves will make the stats.

Statistics:

1: (optional but the one I think is correct)

None new, it is a perfect skin for the flying guillotine and for it to be a drop item like the original soldier and not a box item like the ones in the alien invasion update would be perfect)

2(Statistics)

Pros:

+launches and does 100 to 20 damage depending on distance (the closer the more damage)

+up to 3 can be thrown with an ax magazine.

Pro and negative at the same time:

-+Recharges after 1 kill of any type.

Negative:

-Missing the shot reduces your movement speed for 2 seconds.
-Missing from fewer to more shots, maximum 3 in a short time, reduces your speed further until leaving you very vulnerable.

(This to prevent the scout from being a soldier with an inferior version of the direct hit)

+ Throw at your enemies to make them bleed! Long distance hits reduce recharge time.
+ Melee attacks mini-crit while airborne.
- -15% damage vs Heavy
- This weapon deploys 70% slower
- No random critical hits

+ When thrown: able to pierce through players (Max 3)
+ When hit: bleed for 2 seconds (bleed duration increases on amount of pierced players)
+ 10% further distance (compared to the Flying Guillotine)
- 15% slower recharge rate (compared to the Flying Guillotine)
- 1 second throw delay

True but Also:

Level -5 Axe
Slot: Secondary
Can be thrown to damage enemies. Recharges after 12 seconds.
+ be picked up after being thrown, picking up the Flying Guillotine refills the Recharge meter completely
+ Long-distance hit reduces charge time by 1.5 seconds.
= Heavier Projectile: Good for raw damage, bad for the range
= Every killing blow decapitates the enemy
- No random Critical Hits.

weapon absoluteness suck i hate ti
+20% damage bonus
+ Can headshot
+ on hit: mark enemies for death
-30% longer recharge time.

heads will roll on headshot
