Hello, I've heard about your mod and that you wanted to change the player model to make it look pregnant.

I've been working on a mod of my own which hopefully I'll be able to release soon that does this (called Dynamic Body Shape)

I'm still working on some minor issues, but it does the job.

Sadly, to do this I had to modify the java classes, so instalation requires copying those files to the project zomboid game

(Also, you'll have to make multiple clothing items, for all 3D clothing item models, around 30 for kate if you want your own custom body shape models)

The Fat (not Obese) version of the model I made does look like a pregnant woman, so if in the latest stages of pregnancy you just increase the characters weight over 85 ( overweight) it could fix that issue
