How stable mod is?
Running around 300 mods, and beside Random Zombies/Wandering Zombies and custom maps we don't have anything resource heavy.

Everything else is fashion or weapons.

I do have MoreBrews + Sapph Cooking mod.

Thing is we planned to add it mid-game, already half of Raven Creek is cleaned up. ( and we all know Raven Creek is quite heavy on performance so we opted to not install it early )

I assume Functional Appliances will only spawn in uncovered grids?

Is it possible to remove this mod later on ( in case ), without issues?

Once added to a server, it will only load new spawnables in new areas, but things like the silo generator should start up and work even if previously loaded. Upon disconnect the worst might be some containers disappearing like the popcorn machines and of course any items like soda syrups. It shouldn't cause any errors though.
