Some things that could be improved
I don't know if the following points are specific to this rebalance or if are carried over from the parent mod, but here you go:

FF-17A and CF-17B are both called Strike Fighters (all other units have different names).

The population limit for resource collectors is 40, but the population limit for the Resource class is 26.

CtB-12 Armor Upgrade, GtH-17 Armor and CtS-14 Armor should be called Lvl 1 CtB-12, Lvl 1 GtH-17 and Lvl 1 CtS-14 (even if there's no level 2 armor upgrade: see Shipyard armor and speed upgrade names).

The Heavy Gunship has the designation GtH-17, but in the research tree it has the designation CtH-17 (the upper part, not the name of the tech itself).

Improved Frigate Tech description mentions FFS-46 Support Frigate, but it's not in the game.

It's possible to produce FHI-44 frigates and research FHI-44 Mk.2 armor upgrades before researching FHI-44 Tech.

DHI-82 lacks speed upgrades.

The description of several techs lacks Prerequisites, Value (or Resultant, pick one and change the others) and Base Time lines.

The description of the research LRCT-27 Weapon System mentions the FF-17 Strike Fighter, but it should be the CF-17B Strike Fighter.

Hiigaran Carriers can't build light and pulsar gunships, and torpedo and flak frigates.

The parade formations of the flak and assault frigates, the Mk 1 and Mk 2 ion frigates, the light and ion destroyers, and the torpedo and heavy cruisers overlap.

The escort destroyer doesn't have a teal circle when using the max overlay option like the defense frigate has.

The pulsar fighter doesn't have a kamikaze option.

Escort Frigate (FFE-43) is called Assault Frigate when putting the mouse over a built unit and on the bottom left panel after selecting an unit.

The description of heavy cruisers, battlecruisers and battleships says that they have 2 MWS hardpoints. Are they module subsystems that can be built on the ship? If yes, then only the battlecruiser and battleship can build module subsystems.

thanks for the feedback.

most of those are a problem from the main mod.
(i did fix some units formation but missed some apparently...)
doesn't mean i can't try to fix it. but it is not on my priority list (i am working on other mods ^^')
i'll look into the tech tree but it should work as intended even if the description wasn't updated.

i don't remember touching the ressource class but maybe i did? an oversight on my end then.

also this is an addon for a "pre-alpha". so i did the bare minimum to have at leats a somewhat fun and balanced experience for 1v1 play. i don't know if the original mod author will update his mod in the future.
