what is the office bomb?

i was checking this map via io viewer and noticed that on the highest floor (the one that is under construction), in a room with a lot of explosive and toxic barrels, there can be launched an event that makes the floor break and explode.
how to launch this even tho

Well, I made this map specifically for the TTT game-mode so if you're playing as a traitor in TTT then you can trigger the event as a traitor-trap.
I don't know if it works outside of TTT though.
