Here are my notes when I was playing for finding torches and arrows.
This is spoilers of course, you should try to complete the map on your own first and come back here if you really get stuck.

I have put each item in spoiler if you want to have only one hint at a time to keep the exploration of the map.

TORCH LOCATIONS

Going left of start area :

- In the center of a lake, to the right of some fields with windmills[/spoilers]

- Follow road path until gravel path then to your left[/spoilers]

Going right of start area :

- To the right in a tunnel, some more underground tunnels (blue hue)[/spoilers]

- Right side of corn maze[/spoilers]

- At end of maze, besides hangars and silos[/spoilers]

OFFERINGS ALTAR

At left side of start area. Note that the offerings are crosses that other player drops when they die.[/spoilers]

ARROWS LOCATION

- Left side of start, little further than offerings [/spoilers]

- At end of maze[/spoilers]

- In center of quarry[/spoilers]

STRATEGY

- Since there are a lot of potions. If you know that you are not too far away from the starting area, you could just take the damage from the ghosts and go back where you were. Can be useful since arrows are pretty limited [/spoilers]
