Just asking for a friend....
Any chance you might have tested with any of the following , IQOL, Wonderbody, DeviosDesires, or other body enhancing mods?
Thanks You for being active in the modding community, particularly Conan. But as you are aware, many mods together make a enriched server. In such, it is important to know where to place your mod, in the mod load order and if there may be any inherently noncompatable mods you might know of.
Would really like to add your mod to our server, but not having any idea of usage requirements, makes for sad soup.

It's working with DD, i don't now about IQOL, but you can try in local game.
And about mod loader, you can put it after you map mods or mods with armor.
(I'm friend of dea, and place that mod at my server and its working perfectly fine with TOT mods.
