Finn's Heritage (mailcoat): "Finn, son of Folcwald, was a legendary Frisian king. He is mentioned in Widsith, in Beowulf, and in the Finnesburg Fragment. He is named in the Historia Brittonum,..."
Background: Eadgils was a semi-legendary king of Sweden during the 6th century, as well as the first historically verifiable ruler of the Frisians. When he found himself in war with his uncle Onela, he asked the son of his wife, the legendary Danish King Hrólfr Kraki, for help with a promise of three valuable gifts in recompense. Hrólfr was personally involved in a war with the Saxons, but he chose to send twelve of his berserkers (including Böðvarr Bjarki).

Aquila: The legendary Eagles of the Roman legions.
It is quite possible that less than 100 eagles have ever been made in the history of Rome. You could just pick a very small number. For example the Aquilo of Caesar's famous "Legio X Equestris" (most loyal and probably his favorite one, mounted infantry) could give some Prestige and add a small bonus to your armies marching speed, maybe 1% knight effectiveness.
"Legio X Fritensis" is well known today for a variety of reasons. For one, it has a strong Biblical connection, having been stationed through much of the First Century AD in Judea during the time of Christ. It was heavily involved in the suppression of revolts and captured Gamla, Herodium, Masada, took part in the siege of Jerusalem, and numerous other actions. It was recognized as being particularly adept at siege warfare, and played a major role in the defeats of Anthony and Cleopatra by forces under Octavius. Three of its commanders, Vespasian, Titus and Trajan became emperors adding greatly to its prestige.
"Legio V Macedonica" was the longest serving legion formed in 43 BCE and disbanded in either 550 or 635/637 and the only unit in the entire army to get the VII Pia VII Fidelis honorific (seven times faithful, seven times loyal).
