I know what to do when it comes to room two, and the plug maze in it, but the puzzle with the radios and or moon telescope I'm unsure.

I assume we must get all of the Radios working at once, but the radio next to 23 shuts off the radio next to the Riga sign, so it's almost impossible to do, not sure if this is a bug or not, or an intended puzzle, either way i've been unable to finnish the puzzle because of it.
