Report a translation problem
I had a little look before it got taken down and it was mostly the same, but it was cool to see how some things were improved.
I haven’t personally seen it but I’ve been using the Dynamic flashlight addon so that might be why.
Also Mary is just a nickname given to The Mimic. We do have a new entity tho introduced in this map just not Mary.

Tip: if you can’t find the entrance try the doors that look like they should go somewhere.
Since there's no way in Gmod to force the player to have to reload a save after death, even though these maps fully support the vanilla save/load system since they use and work with level transitions, I expect he put this in as a "failure" state.
From what I've been able to discern there is no exit on this map, so it's intended as a "bad end".
