Whether it works with Moontants seems to be on-and-off. Further testing needed.

Procedural monsters' charge attack doesn't seem to do damage.

Capricorns (the goat dudes), on the other hand, deal touch damage whether they're doing their charge attack or not.

Those goat head thingies likewise deal damage even when not charging.
