How to make custom liveries

Is it possible to make custom liveries of these cars with the paint tutorial mod?

Sorry I missed this message
I am unaware of the paint tutorial mod, but it should work as normal, the b.map files are the same as default vehicles, as the 1988 stock car is a modified Rammer RS
