How to Install Older Versions
To play with older versions of the mod you will need to manually download and install them. To do so you can follow these steps.
  1. Go to the mod's GitHub page here[github.com]
  2. Look for the correct mod version you want to use.
    • They are labeled with both the mod version and the game version they are intended for.
    • If you don't know which one to use just search for the game version you want to play on and find the most recent mod version for that game version.
  3. When you find the mod version you want to use click on the jar file under "Assets". This will download the mod file to your browser's default download location.
  4. Place the mod file inside Necesse's "mods" folder.
    • For windows this file is under Appdata at AppData\Roaming\Necesse\mods
  5. Then launch the game and in Mods you should see that the game is now using the old version of the mod instead of the steam workshop version.
    • In the future when you want to stop using this version you can simply delete it from AppData\Roaming\Necesse\mods
