make it a little archipelago, where almost all of the building's are submerged underwater accept the one's near the control point's with the roof's sticking out of the water on the outskirts while the building's on the higher elevation are increasingly accessible with less flooding allowing you to enter them without going into the swimming animation
like an entire town was cast into the sea

That is very good idea but the only reasons I wont do it is im not that good at making this stuff thats why its more of a "ok" map and I feel like it would go against what the map is about currently
