M29 and 2B14 Mortar Issues
So playing around with the suite of mods, very nice work so far btw, i noticed a couple things with the two named mortars above. With both of them, they have zero shot spread, i have some simple data from testing for the last 2.5 hours with all the guns, and these two have issues.
Specifically with the M29, it has 3 issues besides this. Firstly the loading interact point is on the aiming sight, not the tube, not a big deal but i thought id point it out. Secondly the Range table for ACE has some extra ammo in it that does not work, from the item IDs when i pull them up they're for the Mk6 mortar from base game from the ACE-SOG compat mod, this seems like a pretty easy fix to remove them, some extra lines got mixed in or something. Unless your planning to use them for new ammo types on it which would be cool as it has WP rounds, but as of now they cant be loaded. Lastly for the M29 its ACE range card table is WAAAAAYYYYYY off, like by hundreds of meters, im assuming its not implemented correctly right now as it can shoot way further than the range card says, and only has 3 charge levels where the M252 has 7 (iirc 0-6). With some testing i found it was shooting way past, at 2000m it was ~230m over, at 1000m it was a bit over 100m over, and ranging to near max, at 2800m, it was a wopping 765 meters off with shots landing at 3,565 meters. I tested this with wind off on the VR map, using simple map tools with an absolute precise marker placed in the editor over the mortar.
I had this all "mapped out" but 5head'd and went back into the editor to fix something and accidentally deleted the visual of my data. :bo3lmso:
What i did manage to keep was my spread data, ill list all of it if anyone is curious:

tbd Mortars Test Results
Dispersion at 2800m, 6 round sets (8rds for 2B9), VR map

120mm PM-43
20m radius from group center, ~38m Furthest spread

82mm 2B14
0m no dispersion

82mm 2B9 Slow RPM
High Angle= 25m radius from group center, ~40m Furthest spread
Low Angle= 8m radius from group center, ~14m Furthest spread

82mm 2B9 Fast RPM
High Angle= no meaningful difference <2m
Low Angle= no meaningful difference <2m

81mm M29 0m no dispersion at 2800m ranging (but not accurate to actual 2800m, rangetable broken, was actually ~3600m)

81mm M252
20m radius from group center, ~31m Furthest spread

105mm M119A3 at 6000m
High Angle= 24m radius from group center, ~45m Furthest spread
Low Angle= 16m radius from group center, ~30m Furthest spread

Took this data as when i was screwing around on Altis in the salt flats, i noticed in Zeus the rounds didnt spread very much, hardly at all to the point where i thought they weren't. Pretty sure at this point though my ACE artillery and wind deviation settings didn't update while i was playing with them. This way i actually measured it, and it was more than i originally though. None of the rounds are effected by wind still, but it did enable shot deviation. Made a comment about this in the post FR Donitz made.

So, finally here are the screenshots of the M29 issues:

Did you find a possible solution to this, I started playing around with these mortars and noticed the same thing, they are way to accurate
