I'm guessing you can become a common infected but you need to find the name of the common infected (maybe)

If you could I would've listed them in the description.
Main reason the un/common infected and witch aren't usable in this mod is simply they never had any functionality to be player-controlled.
They're completely designated as NPCs unlike the special infected.
