Other languages support
When i wanna play sound named on other language (Russian for example), addon is not working. Pls make this feature.

The special characters limitation isn't a problem that I can solve. It's an issue with the core GMod function that plays the sound sound.PlayFile[wiki.facepunch.com]. The bug has been reported as "This fails with unicode file names"[github.com].
