Report a translation problem
- Go into Setting / Crosshair
- Use the "Share/Import" Button
- Use the "Copy Code" Button and copy the shown code for the Crosshair
- Go out of the workshop map and import the Crosshair the same way you copied it and accept
- Profit? Maybe interesting for Dev to find a fix out of it.

This is exactly what I did! Great workaround for now!
It's not possible in CS2 (yet?) as in was in CSGO..
Right now you can only print the command to console after setting every option first (set length, thickness, outline, ...) and then shoot @ "Show Crosshair Commands" button.
