It should appear under the Workshop Maps section in CS2, when it's downloaded.
And in the following equivalent folder on your PC:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=330955103
I notice too that the CS2 "730" file id is not showing as well
So a while back I got a SSD and started installing games on it. My actual steam client was still on my hard drive from before. Basically I just deleted any and all steam folders on both my hard drive and ssd and reinstalled steam fresh onto my ssd. Then I reinstalled CS2 and since I was already subbed, the workshop maps were there in game like they should be.
MAKE SURE TO SAVE ANY "AUTOEXECS" or other custom things you might have for your games to paste into new folders.
