I noticed that the naquadah production facility has not been producing the right ammount of components recently. I tracked down the issue and the reason it is not completing it's queue is that it appears to be trying to send batch operations to any assemblers on the network operating in cooperative mode because they cannot produce stargate components this results in those batch operations being deleted and the end result is that only a fraction of the queue actually gets processed.
