VR Support
So I was thinking if VR support is something that will happen eventually. What I mean with VR support is to be able to actually "pull" the levers with your hands. In the VRmod you can already do this with doors so I figured levers could also be possible. I know very little of coding but I figure that the way you would do it would be to put a "vr grab interactable" on the part of the lever that would be pulled and when it is grabbed it triggers the same script it would if you where to press E on said lever. If anyone decides to try to make this script I would happily help you test it!

VR support has been looked at and actually implemented in the portals code which previously broke very horribly but lever control would require substantial work across all the extensions and isn't something we can easily add unfortunately

What would be required for it to work? This is quite interesting to me so I figured I wanna know all I can.

Well when it comes to the VR levers basically everything has to be designed from the ground up to work in VR which nothing has been of course so would all need re-doing. There could in theory be an extension made with proper VR support but that would be down to them to do properly.
Old thread is old but I figure I might chime in.

I have play tested this with VRMod and it works relatively well though it's a bit janky. Sure the levers and buttons all work as basic switches but using this addon with VRMod is possible.
