Key/keycard
In the bio-dome there is a hatch in the ground with a thing that says '0/1 key' when I hover over it with my courser, at a door in the Barren Wasteland, when hovered over it says 'missing keycard' and my question is how do you get the key and keycard?

it unlocks for a quest
you need to find a generator and some fuel
go to the other building and down the shaft to the bottom
place gen and open that door and inspect the rubble
then go back to the npc's and talk to the second on the left
he will give you the quest to go in the hatch in the bio dome
