I have to preface, all the coding, computation and logic was already there, but there was a blocker in both fleet missions that disabled the features completely.

I don't know if these changes will bring AI back to pre-supremacy levels of competency but will definitively help!

If you think about it, AI has two big problems as it is right now: they have a very hard time dealing with pirate colonies nearby, and they go full into behemoth technology, only to use a fraction of their capabilities.

These fixes will go into alleviate precisely that. In my tests however is not everything perfect, sometimes AI will send their invader fleet as a military spear against the enemy... but nonetheless they should be far more competent now compared to before.
